Tracy Espinoza

Watkins Mill High School, Class of 2026
Tracy is a junior at Watkins Mill High School pursuing the IB diploma. She began organizing in 2023 on rent stabilization with the Sunrise Movement and since then focused on increasing equity around the county and state. She also leads the Political Education & Development group within YPP and plans to mobilize YPP to its greatest extent throughout her term. She aspires to pursue public policy and government in a 4-year university and is excited to learn more about the political process.
