Membership & Requirements

Young People for Progress Resident Members are youth and young adults under 35.

Young People for Progress Members....

Are a part of a network of supportive members and mentors.

Volunteer and advocate for social issues collectively building impact and political power for young people to achieve and more just and equitable Montgomery County, MD.

Make valuable life-long connections and friendships with other members, local government and partner organizations

Membership Criteria

Every Young People for Progress (YPP) member must meet the following criteria:

Resident Member

  • Under 35 Years of Age
  • Attends Membership Orientation
  • Contributes Membership Dues
